I was texting my mom in science looking at a picture. There was a school shooting. Every door was covered and all of our phones were taken and smashed. Anyone who tried to escape was shot. Then the whole word went into a lock down. If you did anything “illegal” you were shot. Some things included having a house, shed, or motor home you could live in. It was just me and my dad. We found a motor home and broke into the side of it a drove it to an open field along the road. We used parts from abandoned houses to cover it up from the street. Eventually it had been weeks. Our phones had died or been smashed so we had no idea what was going on in the outside would or why it was happening. We decided that if we died it wouldn’t be a big deal because we hate the life we are living. We drove the motor home to Boston because my mom said she was visiting there when we were texting weeks ago. We visited and we couldn’t find her, but the city was busy. People everywhere. Stealing bicycles, trying to get to work, car crashes everywhere since to tech was allowed and I saw TJ (my moms friend in the street) we wanted to go back to our little spot. It was horrifying. On our drive home we went past dead bodies all over the street my dad said that he saw in the newspaper that there had been frequent murders in the area. We got out of the motor home to get gas and my dad disappeared. Then I him walk up. But it want him. He looked the same but he sounded different and walked weird I ran to the nearest person and texted my mom my good by. The scene shifted to science and the dream started over again.
This dream contains elements of fear, danger, isolation, and a sense of despair. The school shooting represents a loss of security and vulnerability. The doors being covered and phones being taken and smashed suggest a feeling of being trapped and disconnected from the outside world. The concept of doing something "illegal" and being shot indicates a fear of consequences and a need to follow strict rules and regulations.
The motor home symbolizes a temporary refuge and a means of escape. Using parts from abandoned houses to cover it up demonstrates adaptability and resourcefulness in the face of adversity. However, despite finding this refuge, there is still a sense of unease and uncertainty about the situation.
The visit to Boston reflects a desire to find familiarity and support from loved ones. The chaotic and dangerous city environment, with people engaging in illegal activities and car crashes occurring, symbolizes the breakdown of society and a loss of normality.
The appearance of your dad as someone who looks the same but sounds different and walks weird can represent a sense of betrayal or loss of trust. Running to the nearest person and texting your mom your goodbye indicates a feeling of helplessness and a desire to communicate final thoughts or farewells.
The scene shifting back to science and the dream starting over again suggests a cyclical pattern or recurring fears and anxieties.
Overall, this dream may be reflecting your subconscious fears and anxieties about the current state of the world, a loss of security, and a feeling of being trapped or disconnected. It may also signify a desire for connection, safety, and support from loved ones during challenging times.
